Being either the successful bidder on eBay or purchasing directly from this web site, you can avail yourself of our "free of charges" exclusive Darcys Model Cars layby 4 equal payment system.

To keep it as simple as possible, you make 4 equal payments, first payment is your deposit (which is non- refundable) followed by 3 payments to complete the purchase price.

The goods will be stored safely & insured in our store and when the final payment is cleared, will be dispatched directly to you, even on a nominated date for that special person or occasion. Regular payments and contact must be made in order for the customer to use our service and keep the layby secure.

You can either make the payments by cheque, direct bank deposit, credit card or in person by cash at a time convenient to you. There's no minimum payment schedule, but the maximum allowable is 4 months from the date of purchase.

Payments:
Payments for models bought from Darcys Model Cars can be paid for via Credit Card, Direct Deposit, Cash, Cheque, Money Order and PayPal. We accept all Major Credit cards and have the facilities to administer payments from them securely and safely. The privacy of our customers is of the upmost importance to us, and we can ensure that your information is safe with us.

Online Ordering:
We have tried to make ordering online as easy and as safe as possible. Thats why we have enlisted the help of a Secure site to handle all of our online credit card transactions so your information is always kept safe.

Return Policy:
All items are welcome for return if the item has been damaged before departure and overlooked by Darcy's Model Cars. Darcy's Model Cars can not be held responsible for items that have been damaged through the postal process and claims should be forwaded to the Postal Company that were providing the service.

Refunds will not be given for these damaged items if Darcy's Model Cars has the particular item in stock, or are able to obtain that item for replacement. All claims are to be forwarded to Darcy's Model Cars within 14 days of recieving the item.

Items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.

Delivery:
All of our models are delivered via Australia Post for national orders, and Express Air Mail for International orders. They are Insured while in transit to you for the amount that you paid.

Pricing:
E&O.E. - We try to update website pricing and availability as often as we can although sometimes prices change rapidly due to market value.

Rain Checks:
All models that are marked N/A on a price lists are fully raincheckable. We will endevour to find the particular model ASAP for you.

Pre-Orders
Pre-Order is available for those who wish to 'Book' popular models early in advance. These are not set in stone. You can back out anytime. You will be notified as soon as the model arrives.
